The construction and frame of a piece of furniture is the foundation and should, of course, be solid. Chesterfield.com offers a guarantee on this component, depending on the collection choice.

The guarantee periods per Collection on the frame:

• Basic collection         5 year warranty on the frame
• Classic collection      12 year warranty on the frame
• Timeless collection   12 year warranty on the frame
• Royal collection         20 year warranty on the frame

If the guarantee period for the frame is 5 years or longer, the customer will only be charged for the costs of material and transport.

Our Chesterfield furniture is made from only the best materials. Our construction and frame consists of solid tropical hardwood or beechwood, which is one of the strongest types of wood.

In addition to the use of top quality material, craftsmanship also plays an important role.

The leather and cushion fillings are also fully covered by the guarantee, effective from the date of delivery. Here too, only the best leather quality is used. Only the finest quality leather is used. As standard, 100% bovine leather is used, which is available in any colour. 

Chesterfield.com has its own production facilities in England, Europe and beyond, with trained professionals who specialise in this field.

The Leather Care guarantee offered by Chesterfield.com provides an extensive guarantee against stains and calamities. When you purchase from us, you will receive Leather Care Bio cream for a year's maintenance free of charge.

After the first year, you will need to order Bio cream (which is available from us) annually in order to be able to use the aforementioned guarantee conditions.
 

Soft leather, Fabrics and Harris Tweed furniture do not need to be treated with Bio cream in order to be eligible for the warranty.

The aforementioned guarantees on frame and leather, soft leather, fabric and Harris Tweed only apply to furniture used for private use. Business use (catering, shops, waiting rooms, entertainment centers, etc.) is excluded from this guarantee.

The term defects on the upholstery is understood to mean defects that are not considered a natural feature. Leather is a natural product and may show scars on the skin, this is also a characteristic of a 100% leather!

Furthermore, the furniture must always have been used and maintained in a normal way.
